5 spent a lovely afternoon sampling various beers. Staff were very friendly and informative. Ordered a taxi for us and we're very informative. Dog was welcome, dog treats on bar. 10/10 😊

Champion Beer of Great Britain!

Always a favorite! We've been visiting here for a very long time after it being a family spot to go after taking the dogs for a walk and now we always recommend it to pals.

It's a great little gem just off a narrow road, with good bar nibbles, cobs, and pub staples, I wish they did more food because it'd be a really neat spot on the weekend.

Excellent and tasty ales - always a favourite is Goats Milk beer, Gravedigger, and then their all-year-rounder goodness variety of beers.

What's great about the place too is the area, lovely sized beer garden, and great for the events they always hold - classic cars event is a must-visit! Great vibe, great people and a great place for the community.

Recommended by a friend and when we found the Brewery (not so easy as tucked away off narrow road), really enjoyed the wide selecxtion of craft ales and bar snacks. Good value too!

I reviewed Church End Brewery when I visited, in May 2019, from my home in France with my neighbour who was a Cognac-mixer. At the time I commented on the simply excellent beer and the quality pork pies.

I was in the UK a fortnight ago (and will be back, again, this weekend!) and visited the Brewery Tap Room again. The girl behind the bar was kind enough to switch the brewery lights so that I could take a photograph and send it to my next-door neighbour who had visited with me previously.

I visited twice on consecutive nights. The beer 'stout coffin' was absolutely excellent on both occasions. My colleague, on the first night drank 'what the fox's hat' and my son, on the second night, had two pints of 'Grave Diggers'. Both commented on the simply excellent beer.

And they do their own sausage rolls - wonderful - enormous - makes 'Greggs' look like nothing at all!!

I'll be back!!!

Went here for my birthday!! Excellent quality locally produced real ales. Highly recommend the coffin a selection of 6 different ales, different strengths and flavours. We went as a group of couples and you are able to take a selection of your own food so we took lots of nibbles. They also gave a great selection of ciders and gins. Staff are really lovely and friendly.

Live in village, drink here regularly, if you like somewhere quiet for a drink no tv no jukebox, this is the place. Beers always in top condition, if like me you like a dark beer try gravediggers, you won’t be disappointed.

We visited on a Saturday and arrived just after opening time.

The beer ("Stout Coffin!") was 'out of this world' and the pork pies, made by a local butcher, were, simply, excellent - almost No. 1 in my 'Definitive list of English Pork Pies'

Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and the brewer was kind enough to turn the lights on in the brewery so that my friend, a Cognac mixer from France, was able to take photographs through the glass.

And, of course, when we are back in the area - we will be back!!
