We took the grandchildren to burn off some energy. They were able to run on ahead and hide behind the trees and bushes to jump out on us without having to go more than a couple of feet off the main path. They had a great time and we enjoyed watching them tear about in a safe place.

A lovely setting for lots of lovely walks with varying terrain. A lot of the paths are accessible for push chairs and wheel chairs. Good terrain for a bit of mountain biking too. There is a little kiosk and the main entrance which is open at weekends and school holidays for refreshments. Toilets also situated here, and a lovely safe... More

This is a beautiful place to go for a walk. We often take the dogs a walk through the woods and take a seat on the benches to admire the views!

Hartshill Hayes is a very good place to walk around with or without a dog with or without children. It also has short walk or long walk

We offer as a family with our spaniels go on a afternoon's walking and exploring as a family, the children love hunting and searching the wooded areas, as do the dogs, plenary of benches to rest and have a picnic too, on route from the car park there are wardens, toilets and a large children's play area always highly maintained... It's a lovely park, clean and lots of different walking routes. The children's park is good too The only down side is the parking is on the expensive side. I always try and give my ticket to someone else.

Fantastic views from the top, lots of history surrounds this woodland. Excellent for walking with plenty of car parking. Can get a bit boggy in the winter so good walking boots recommended. Good for dog walking, clean facilities and a good young children's park.
