Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Now I'm a parent I find the car park quite horrible to navigate with two young children. There is nowhere near enough parent-child parking and the other spaces are impossible to get a child car seat out of.

.I visited the Nike store at Rugby with my partner recently. After browsing, trying on shoes, and deciding against a purchase, we left. To our shock, we were accused of theft by the store's security, insisting on searching our bag containing items purchased elsewhere - sweetcorn and hair gel. Their reason? We didn't initially enter with a bag.

The embarrassment and public scrutiny were appalling. We were wrongfully targeted based on racial stereotypes. The only excuse they could give us was that we had a boots bag that we didnt have when we walked in ... must of pulled the shopping out my arse in the store. Not to mention that 90% of other people had shopping bags with them. We have never been involved in criminal activities and felt humiliated by their baseless accusations.

This experience was not just upsetting but deeply disappointing in this day and age. I believe the staff urgently needs cultural sensitivity training to eliminate racial biases. My partner and I are law-abiding citizens, and the unjust treatment we received has tarnished our view of the brand

Enough to keep you entertained for a hour or two and there is a nice relaxed feel with a range of shops, had a good time but the car park is not really family safe with no path ways though the car park and cars just driving even though they are close to hitting you.

In Clarke’s Shoe shop on a recent visit to Rugby we were looked after by Sydney to measure my daughters feet and serve us. She was very helpful, patient and generally all round pleasant - such a lovely girl and nothing was too much trouble! I will definitely return to this Clarke’s in the future.

This review only relates to the cafe in Dunelm store. We ordered soup and a roll for lunch. After waiting 20 minutes during which time several customers who had ordered after us were served and one family had been served, finished their meal and left. We enquiried as to why we were stikk waiting and were told our order was just being done. After a further wait of 10 munutes we enquired again and were told they had to do the meals in order. What order? Certainly not the place in the queue after ordering We can only surmise that our order had been forgotten. We asked for a refund which we got but not much in the of an apology apart from what they said about doing meals in order. Good shop. Poor cafe.

Great retail park conveniently located near Oxford canal bridge 58 where you can moor up and get retail therapy in less than 5 mins walk. Large shops like Dunelm, next, fat face, tk maxx and marks and Spencer and also furniture shops that aren’t much use on a boat! It looks quite new and super clean with big stores and plenty of choice. Definitely worth a trip stroll from the boat for me and a place I’ll remember if passing again.

Shopping today for my son, he is not a shopping person even if its for him. I was struggling to chose a size of the shoes and George from Rugby Nike Store of Elliott Filleds offered me his assistance and I very glad I expected. With his advice I was able to choose perfect per of trainers and it was took no more than 5 to 10 minutes. Also, George offered me to pay for trainers without attending a till which saved my time waiting in the queue. When I went back home, I even did not have chance to talk to my son, he took trainers from the back, wearing them on, tell me thanks and went back to his friends. He said trainers are fit him perfect and very comfortable. So, it was perfect Sunday shopping at Nike. Thank you. 😊

I do not know what to say really, I took a walk to here one Saturday afternoon whilst staying at a nearby hotel for the weekend. Its worth a visit if you have an hour or two to kill, though you could quite easily breeze through here within an hour.
Located more or less opposite the Junction One Retail Park, Elliotts Field is a retail park which could do with a few more options than what they have with regards to more of a mix of outlets.
With 3 coffee outlets in Caffe Nero, Costa and Starbucks i feel that another eatery, a healthier option would benefit this place as there are only two eateries in Nando's and Fat Burgers unfortunately.
Places like this are a much of a muchness and are very much the blueprint for retail outlets up and down the country.
