What a lovely place to visit. Set high above the adjacent countryside you can see for miles. Even though it was a cold, wet December afternoon we couldn’t believe the number of people just wandering around or having a picnic. I suppose during these strange times of Covid people just want to escape!! Well worth a visit.

Beautiful scenery. On a clear day you can see for miles in all directions. Stunning scenery - can't believe I've never been here before

A lovely area for Summer evening picnics. Plenty of areas to park up without having to be right on top of other people.

We visited twice in August and one time it was lovely, we had a picnic and the kids could run about safely and play. The second time it was so windy it was freezing even though a lovely day - take a jumper! Great for kite flying and there were lots about. Beautiful views, shame people don’t take their rubbish home!! The parking meter was broken and no indication of where to go to pay, we looked around for 20 mins in the end we had to risk it
