Pretty gardens, spacious areas and stunning views of the Downs. The food was pretty standard NT fair. The volunteers as always are keen to share their knowledge and passion of the building. A delightful way to spend a couple of hours.

Staff are very knowledgeable and welcoming. The house and ruins are lovely and the garden is stunning. Well maintained with lovely colours. Worth a visit if your in the area.

We did not see anyone with scooters. Or any evidence of a ban at the gate. Try ringing their contact number from their website ,I'm sure they will help you.
