Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

First visit to the area. Scheduled a walk to coincide with a visit to Kissingate Brewery. Very friendly owners, beautiful location and top notch beers. I had a pint of Black Cherry Mild (and bought a bottle to take home) and a pint of the porter (sorry, can’t remember the name). Both were excellent and very reasonably priced.

If I lived local I would be here most weeks!

I wish them all the best and thoroughly recommend.

Had a cracking trip to the brewery.
Gary and Bunny were great hosts and the beers sampled were wonderful.
The Black Cherry Mild was superb and even my wife who is not a great of beer loved it.
The tap room is very welcoming and great to see the locals enjoying the little gem they have in their village
Would highly recommend this trip

Very good beer selection for a small brewery. Both the owners are welcoming, friendly and professional. We had the brewery tour with detailed explanation and more than a taster of beer! . The lunch was ample followed by a home made scone with cream and jam. We purchased a few pints to take home and sample at our leisure. I recommend a visit.

This was a thoroughly enjoyable day for my Dad and I. Our hosts, Gary and Bunny were so obliging, welcoming and friendly. Gary's knowledge on the brewing process was amazing and very informative, pitched just right for those that enjoy tasting various types of beer. Bunny laid on a lovely ploughmans which went down a treat with a couple more beers toboot. I highly recommend a visit to this fantastic micro brewery.
