Wonderful visit to this fantastic Roman Villa with one of the longest serving preserved floor mosaics in the UK . It was relatively small and manageable - with lots of interesting information and displays. It was geared up for all ages - including the 90...More

We came down off the South Downs Way absolutely drenched. The staff were kind enough to look after our backpacks as we explored the site. It is really well laid out with a great focus on the mosaics themselves and keeping the rest of the...More

If you have any interest in Roman Britain a great place to visit. Suits all ages with plenty of dressing up opportunities for children. Reasonable price and nice friendly cafe.

Wonderful atmosphere , unspoilt by excessive tourist development. Lovely mosaics. Views over the downs. Walk or cycle from here over Bignor hill to Chichester along the Roman road through Eartham woods.

This was our third visit. If we lived nearer we would visit again and again. Just the right amount of supporting information, some things for children to engage with. The whole site has a certain charm which we love. Staff are very helpful and knowledgable
