Been phoning and emailing these people for two months before coming to Inverell. Never get a reply. Inverell Visitor Information Centre won't give a straight answer to enquiries about what is happening. Don't waste your time.
We found less sapphires than at Billabong Blue next door, but that could just be the luck of the day. The access road requires a 4x4. The dunny is very basic and doesn't smell good. There is a tap with drinking water and with a...More
Lots of fun fossicking for sapphires - you will almost certainly find some, but don't expect to make a fortune -- you'd have to be lucky to even find enough to make up the $20 fee.

We arrived at Seven Oaks and were immediately welcomed by the friendly owner. Fantastic place for the kids to run around and have a bit of fun fossicking through the dirt. Would recommend this place to anyone.
