I always pop in to Cemeteries ... there is always so much to see and to learn there . It's always quiet and always meditative . Penguin has a beautifully maintained resting place for it's people ....BUT what sets it apart is the situation .......More

Lots of graves, nicely maintained... if cemetery's are your "thing" then go check out Penguins for sure!

this cemetery over looks the ocean and is full of local history just to walk around and read the headstones gibes you a sense of what life was li,e in this area in days gone by

What an unusual festival,150-200 people joining in honouring the spirits of bygone times.The live, one-hour, non-stop musical event, with highland pipers, flautist, violinist, choir and two vocalists meandering among the graves, ended with a magnificent and moving butterfly release in the small commemorative garden.
