The tasting room was hosted by a very helpful and well informed young French lady who arrived on a bicycle from the distillery. Tastings were free unless trying the whisky. Their gin varieties are very good. Vive la France.

Lets just say that’s when we noticed no one was around to assist us, anyway after about 5 minutes we decided to leave.
Set in a very picturesque area of Port Arthur. Very friendly greeting with owner. Given the history of the distillery and why it works so well in this area. Very informative, with all questions answered.

We popped in at around noon and had a nice whiskey and gin tasting. Unfortunately, they charge you 10 AUD for the Whiskey. Gin is for free.

Called in here on the off chance they might be open, what a surprise, a lovely tour of the distillery at a moments notice. William McHenry was very accomodating and informative about the distilling process. Will definitely call back to get more Gin!
