Prior to taking the train ride, I have heard many good things about this holiday event and we were looking forward to having a wonderful trip. We prepared our three and four-year-old children for the trip letting them know all of the details from the...More

Took the train for their Christmas rendition of the Polar Express. The train cars were pre heated before we left with a propane blower. BRING BLANKETS because as the ride happens the heat is gone by the time you arrive back to the station, we...More

We took the family yesterday on the North Pole Express. Let me first say that I have been on the Polar Express in Oregon. This was not advertised as a Polar Express ride; a "North Pole Express". There were some similarities but certainly did not...More

This whole experience and Santa were a joke! He had a long white goatee beard, straps across his face. The only thing my boys tell people when asked about the train ride is that santa was fake- that's unfortunately what they took from this experience....More

Terrible experience for adults and children. Main complaint is Santa didn't have a full beard and had elastic showing going over his ears. Ugh! Also no singing, and lights along the ride outside.

This was a huge disappointment this year. The guests never saw the murder victim, there was no interaction with the guests and too much down time on the train ride. Definitely not worth the money this year. At the end we overheard that this script...More

We were very disappointed in the train ride. My grandson was so excited because he previously rode Thomas the Train at Greenfield Village in Michigan, which was a fun, memorable, and outstanding experience. But this train ride in Lebanon was very short and the sights...More

most of the cars are covered. Unless it is a specific event, you can go to the open car any time you like. I found it more important to be closer to the front of the train... My son liked to see Thomas the most
