I have passed by this place for many years without even giving it a glance. I suspect there are many others like me which is a shame. This place is a jewel of a well preserved important historical house. It is beautiful architecture and furnished...More

Beautiful house! Very knowledgeable and enthusiastic volunteers. We went for one of their teas. Fantastic! Wonderful food served on real antique dishes. Must have at least 12 or 15 people. It's worth finding a few strangers to come along to get the minimum.

This is a "must see". The people who work there are very knowledgeable. It was a place where the city people came in the summer to get away from the smell of the pigs in the city.

Take a tour of this lovely old mansion. Perhaps book afternoon tea if you have a group! Rich in history ca. 1865. I have visited Promont many times.

I wanted to get married here because it's so pretty but not your fussy Victorian. If you're into local history, this is the place to go for Milford. A ghost hunters' tour is available in October, pricey but a unique experience.

This beautiful historic home is often overlooked by its local community but is truly a hidden treasure. The local historical society houses many local artifacts and preserves the home of one of Ohio's early governors. Love the hair art, climbing into the tower, and the...More
