We just returned from celebrating our 50th reunion at Miami University. This university has it all - it's gorgeous architecture, it's universal appeal to any type of major or interest, it's Greek life, and the nurturing atmosphere for the students. 50 years ago it was...More

My daughter will be going to school at Miami in the Fall. We loved the campus and Oxford. Quaint town on the boarder between Ohio and Indiana. Well worth the trip!

Been to a lot of towns that have universities but I have to say Oxford is the poster child for the word “College Town”. This town is geared for college kids and revolves around the university.

Campus is lovely, trees, red brick buildings and lots of wide open spaces. The town of Oxford as a decent main street with some cute shops and restaurants bu that is the extent of it.

Traveled for a swim meet. Campus is very pretty and very busy. Students hustling about. Oxford, OH and Miami University is considered the "cradle of coaches" as well as the home to many of the fraternities and sororities national offices.

Beautifully maintained and many things to do! Obviously a fine education if you get scholarships and or can afford it! Work hard - it would be worth it!!

This is a beautiful campus, busy with serious and kind students. I enjoyed the healthy snacks I purchased at the huge student center. The nearby gardens and trails , actually part of the university, provide an area for a very peaceful change of pace. The...More

MemawG, Southwest Ohio has all 4 seasons during the school year. So you will need to dress in layers in the fall. Some cold / wet weather gear in the winter. Light cloths in early fall and late spring semester.
