Once a year Pine Tree Barn features a Sweetheart Dinner held on the Saturday closest to Valentine's Day. This was our ninth season attending last Saturday, February 11th, and there were no surprises. The food is excellent, Choice of three entrees, tastefully served by attentative servers, background music, all served at a candlelight setting. Of course it is no surprise... More

The restaurant, which the lemon Poppy seed muffins are one of my favorites, while you eat lunch overlooking the lake, to the different furniture rooms that are set up all around the store and the clothing and accessories. You can most certainly find one of a kind gifts here.

I went here for lunch because I heard they had delicious GF salads, and that they take extra care for people who make them aware of a wheat allergy, celiac, etc. That proved to be true. The Johnny's Orchard Salad was HUGE, and when I was skeptical about the dressing the server gladly showed me the list of ingredients (which... More

So glad you enjoyed your salad! Yes, being a Celiac for 27 years makes my wife/owner very receptive to the needs of a gluten free diet - And our staff, too! PS We try to have GF quiche available, too - just ask. Thanks for the compliments - come back soon! Matt More

It is not difficult to understand why this local 'institution' has been such a mainstay in the Wooster area. Items are available from very inexpensive and small to furniture. There is something for every budget. The Christmas holidays are a beautiful time, as it is not only decorated to the hilt, but again, Christmas items and a few Hanukkah items... More

We love this place! What a fascinating adventure it is to explore the nooks and crannies of this beautiful barn. From the super-nice furniture and accessories to the Granary lunches overlooking their lake, this is a definite "must see" for anyone visiting this part of Ohio

First of all the outside and view of this restaurant is gorgeous. They are open for lunch everyday and the menu is small but the food is delicious. After a wonderful meal, it was time to shop...there are 3 floors of cute items to buy. During the Christmas season there is a horse ride that can take people to choose... More

Always enjoyable. Took 3 friends for their 1st time visit. Loved the lunch and plan on making it an annual pre-holiday event.

What a great place to start a new family tradition. Every year we go out as a family and chop down a Christmas tree. We usually go to a near by farm but some friends told us about this place so we decided to check it out. A restaurant to enjoy a good meal, great choice in trees...we found the... More

My husband and I picked this tree farm for our first real Christmas tree. It was a very busy day (Black Friday). This was our very first experience at any tree farm so we weren't exactly sure what to do for cutting down our own tree. There was a little booklet of information, but it was still confusing. More signs... More

Hi Courtney! So glad you're part of "the family" now! I will pass on your suggestions to our farm team - thanks!! Yes, it's very busy here at Christmastime. So much to see and do. And yes, our restaurant is very busy on weekends. But with 25,000 square feet of shopping, it's not too hard to pass the time! Pine... More
