Nice but small site. Extremely peaceful now but the battle would have been hard fought. Nice markers where both sides were stationed explaining which troops were where. First engagement in which a Colored Regiment fought. Last engagement to be fought in Indian Territory. It's free...More

This place is great. It is a little ways away but if you get the chance to go you need to go. It's so quiet and peaceful out there.

It's well off the beaten path but it's still worth the drive especially if their doing a reenactment. There's not not tons to see or do if their not.
