Lake ?? More like a swamp. Most of it not more than a couple of feet deep. The mosquitoes like it. Skip it.

I have come here for years with our family. There are 2 playgrounds for kids with a nice lake view. They recently added a splash pad. It's a nice place to take a leisurely walk and spend an afternoon

Not much there except the lake, lots of grass, and a few tables. Several streets/roads provide access to it.

Small.quiet.serene.beautiful. picnicking and fishing...no motor boats allowed since it is part of Claremores water supply. Nice park with ample parking. Gorgeous walking bridge. Ducks and geese which you can feed. Rock ledges. For perching over the water. Nice restrooms but seasonal.

Claremore Lake has it all--walking/hiking/biking trails, fishing, bird watching, splash pad, golf frisbee, playgrounds, reunion/picnic areas and it is easy to access. We are truly fortunate to have the Lake and surrounding Park in our community.

I love Claremore's Lake Park. It is my favorite place to run, and if you take the side trail to the soccer fields you'll get to see the little whimsical snakes an artistic eye created out of tar patches. There are two playgrounds, one great...More
