Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Favorite brewery of them all! Not only for the beer, but also for the fun people who make it! We met at COOP Ale Works for beer tasting and a free tour. The atmosphere is fun and friendly, the beer is amazing and there's something for everyone. There are 7 tables and plenty of room at the bar. Some brought their own food in. There is also room outside in the back. Plenty of parking. We will definitely be back because the seasonal and small batch recipes are so good. I had ginger berry kombucha 3.6 abv and it was SO GOOD! I highly recommend visiting this brewery!

I don't care much for beer but my husband and son do so decided to stop here for some tasting. Lots of good choices but unfortunately our favorite, one with a pineapple flavor, was not available in cans (we could, though, fill a 32 ouncer with it). Very friendly bartenders also. If you're into beer, definitely recommend a stop her.

My husband might have to move to Oklahoma just to get his Coop beer (especially the Native American and F5). Outstanding was his word. A good beer by people who know what they are doing. Yes my husband is a beer snob. Won't touch the major domestics. The tap room is behind the brewery in an industrial section of SW OKC. When you pull in you have no idea what to expect. But go through the door (check their hours only open Wed - Sat) and find a fantastic well done tap room. Several beers on tap all very reasonably price. You can buy six packs or get your own pint to go. Peer out the back and you can see the brewery in action. They also have a relationship with a local pizzeria that will deliver you food while you drink. We then bought a six pack at the liquor store the next day cause he loved it so much. Brought one can back home to Virginia to us. Yes I have to bring another six pack back when I return to Oklahoma in December. Please get into some stores closer to us!!!!

This place is unbelievable. The bar is in the exact location as the actual brewery. Great selection of beer. I wish there was a place like this back home. Great way to end my trip to Oklahoma City.

We decided to fly out of OKC just so we could go to COOP Ale Works (and Swadley's BBQ) on our trip to Arkansas. Husband loves the F5 beer here. They have big expansion plans in the works to move to a bigger location and more centrally located. The bartender was super friendly and even gave us a brochure on all the new craft breweries that have opened up in OKC. Don't let the industrial area scare you off or that the tap room is in the back -- if you like craft beer make this place a must stop!

We decided to spend a rainy Saturday afternoon bouncing around local OKC breweries - and what a fun afternoon it ended up being. Our first stop was COOP - a bit of a drive down past the airport, it was worth the extra few miles. Located in a nondescript industrial area, it is truly a hidden gem! The tap room is around the back and has an adjacent outdoor area with seating, rotating food trucks and games. Inside is a quaint bar and sitting area fragrant with the aromatics of a brewery!
The top row of the beer menu is all of the retail products, while the lower row offers what is currently being produced unique at the brewery. We each did a separate tasting of 4, but you can also order a pint if desired. I believe they do a few isolated tours, but a window in the taproom offers visibility into the brew process and the restrooms are located on the brewery floor - so you can get somewhat close and check things out.
As one of my favorite OK breweries, the tap room lived up to the brand and is definitely worth a visit. Of note, I believe in Fall of this year (2018) the laws change such that children will be allowed to tag along as well - making it even better!
Cheers!

What an awesome tap room, they provide small samples of beer for free as long as you don’t abuse it so you are certain to get something you like. Friendly employees and patrons, a sort of family atmosphere. Cans are available for purchase, with several varieties to choose from. A little out of the way but definitely worth the drive.

It's a brewery that's gives FREE samples in the tap house during its limited hours. 19 beers on tap when I was there. I only sampled a small amount but all were very good!
