We are the Sapulpa Historical Society & Museum. We operate 4 buildings on the 100 block of Lee Ave. We have the main museum as Sapulpa Historical Museum, Barnsdall Filling Station, Sapulpa Fire Museum, as well as, Midtown Mini Storage.
So glad we made a last minute decision to stop here. This should be on your must visit list. Free admission (donation) and a personal guided tour by a local resident. The diorama of early Sapula was phenomenal with several hundred miniature cars and trucks!

We love the local museums in Oklahoma, and riding Route 66, we dropped by at the Sapulpa Historical Museum. Guided expertly, we found out so much. If you're ever passing Sapulpa, don't forget to call in.
Museum was well laid out and easy to maneuver around in. It has 3 floors with an elevator. The staff were wonderful and took their time showing the items. They had several items that I had not seen before. You will enjoy this old town...More
