Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Mall was too crowded I think because it was promoted as tax-free shopping before school. Courtyard by Marriott provided a great stay, although the breakfast left a lot to be desired. Second morning we went to Savoy nearby. It was great!

Even if Tulsa is not the core of the US, it's still a big city. I was curious to visit an American Mall in an all American town. I was disappointed. It was old, nothing special; I have seen much better in more "humble" towns around the world. I was there at the end of November and there was not Christmas spirit at all, just a "Bad Santa" in a corner almost ignored by Customers. I did not enjoy much my visit, after all.

This mall was great experience with teens. All the best stores and such a variety of shopping. Looked busy from the cars in the lot but was surprisingly not.

Everyone working in the stores we went to were extremely helpful. Will visit again when in the area.

This was tax-free weekend in Tulsa. So, Woodland hills was packed, just packed with back-to-school shoppers. This place has always been a great place to shop. Many stores and a nice clean and newly remodeled food court. Plenty of parking. Nice way to spend an afternoon and find some bargains.

The mall is a nice, clean mall with many major brands and local stores. Nice to walk around and see what is new. Parking is adequate but a little closely spaced between rows.
Some renovations underway to the kid space. Nice food court and many resturants on the mall property.

I read some of the reviews prior to visiting this mall, and I went in with low expectations. My wife and I spent close to two hours walking, shopping, and eating. We found Woodland Hills Mall, and the employees of the stores we visited, to be kind and courteous. Our Wednesday afternoon timing may have been the best time to shop.

I have to tell you that we do not frequent this mall as we have in the past. In recent years, safety is more of a concern in the parking areas. The recent closing of Sears didn't help the place, either. My last trip to the mall found me leaving without purchasing a single item. I suspect this place will go the way of Eastland Mall and become a business park.

Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent visit. Simon Malls are social gathering places that provide all kinds of retail experiences and entertainment for our customers. Shoppers come to Woodland Hills Mall for dining options, the sensory experience of visiting our retailers, and to experience a variety of entertainment options like our fashion events and seasonal programming. Woodland Hills Mall is more than just a place to shop – it’s a place that the community enjoys, where people gather to spend time together and come for a special experience. The center is also adding a brand new children’s play area, slated to open later this year. Woodland Hills Mall has a comprehensive security plan in place with security measures and procedures, some of which are visible to the public, with others intentionally less noticeable. We work very closely with our local law enforcement and remain diligent in our efforts to maintain a secure environment for all.

i have been coming to Woodland Hills Mall for years. While it is still a good mall, it has neglected some things. The ladies’ bathrooms won’t flush unless done manually. The escalators are forever broken. Some of the plants are dying.

I have written and talked to management on three different occasions about these issues. Apparently they are unconcerned. They listen but nothing happens. Maybe one of these days.
