One of the best places on the OR coast

Beautiful beach with all the rock formations & driftwood. Watch out for sneaker waves & tides especially in winter.

Lovely spot - great views, and when the storm surge hits it looks like a movie scene. We really enjoyed it.

Face rock is one of the premier sights on the Oregon coast. I live inland and coming to our coast is a major treat. Nearby Bandon is a lovely village to shop, eat and stay, highly recommended. I stayed at Bullard Beach State Park campground , beautiful and only 2 miles north of town.

Face Rock is such a beautiful viewpoint, the beaches in Bandon are so unique the rocks in the ocean are just breathtaking and Face Rock well you just have to see it to believe it. The Oregon coastline is one of the most beautiful we have seen.

What else can be said, it's a beautiful view of the ocean and rocks that look like faces :) I don't go down to the beach from there anymore since you have to traverse some crazy long stairs down then hick back up, I'm far too lazy for this but the views are worth a stop.

Who would have thought - two days on a weekend in October - no rain, 68 degrees. Great to see the waves crashing as the tides change.

Do not miss Circles in the sand at low tides on published dates in the local papers. This parking lot has restroom facilities and steps down to the beach. Take your camera the views are magnificent!!!

The Oregon coast is a place of unique beauty. All along the Coast Highway 101 you will see scenes that you will say I have seen this before. It is probably because so many views of this coastline have been captured on and shown on pages of magazines, calendars and pictorials. Face Rock viewpoint is little park elevated above the... More
