I have been here many seasons for the dahlia festival, camera in hand, in order to absorb all the jaw dropping beauty and get photos. These dahlias are sure good at posing for pics in every color combination and kind. It's fun just to read their names. It's a whole event with food and wine and cut flowers for sale... More

Swan Island Dahlias is especially fun to visit during their annual festival. The displays are so beautiful and the vast array of color is mesmerizing. I enjoy being able to buy fresh from the grower. The gift shop also has a wide variety of gardening supplies and friendly people who can give expert advice.

You have to stop to see the show in the fall when the dahlias are in bloom! Rows upon rows of color. Bring your camera! Stop by the gift shop for a brochure so you can mark your favorites, too.

I'm a hobby gardener and this place is great ! Fields and fields of different varieties of dahlias. You can wander through the fields and decide what you want. The colors are amazing. They have a place there where you can purchase your tubers. It was a delightful day.

Flower lovers will enjoy the beauty and all the varieties of dahlias. But, non-flower lovers will equally enjoy the magnificent flowers and the overall serene beauty of this area. Easy to find and lots of parking all around the rows and rows of flowers. The pre-picked flowers are priced reasonably and so spectacular you'll want to buy several arrangements. It... More

What a spectacular sight! Having grown up in Oregon and living there for many years as an adult, I never thought of Dalhia Fields. A few years ago I went to the Keukenhof Gardens outside Amsterdam and the Chelsea Flower Show in London. Although these were spectacular, primarily for the arrangements, nothing could compare to the FREE viewing of the... More

The dahlias were at their height and truly spectacular. A lovely place to wander among the rows. Some of the names they've given the flowers are pretty funny. If you're lucky like we were and visiting when everything's in bloom, sure to bring your camera!

I spent a lovely morning strolling through the rows and rows of dahlias, and then just sitting on a bench enjoying the view of one entire field. So much color! So many shapes and sizes! And my dog didn't have to wait in the car for me. He enjoyed the walk and fresh air, too. Fresh cut bunches of dahlias... More

Wow! Such a fun place to walk around for an hour or two. The flowers are gorgeous and each variety is so aptly named.
