Nice area to stop and take in the ocean view. Family friendly. Excellent whale watching opportunity. We had several fairly close-up views of gray whales from the lookout in August.

Well worth a stop or spending more time. Plenty of Easy in and out parking. Bathrooms. 180 degree Pacific Ocean water front beach and views. If you can catch good weather, it’s a great place to be

Excellent view of Pacific Ocean large scenic area, I have seen whales each time I have visited, may be very windy so bring sweatshirt or jacket. And DON’T forget a camera and binoculars

No overnight parking. But, you can park overnight at the Casino, or the Safeway shopping center. Both allow you to leave your car. We had our guest with overflow parking at these locations. Never a problem. And you can just... More

People park all over there. As you pull in to Boiler Bay, on either side it is 180 degree viewing point. If he doesn't feel like getting out of the car, he'll still be able to see. People seat in their cars, and have lunch... More
