Myrtlewood is beautiful, and can be carved into many different objects. There must have been enough items in this factory to stock all of Portland.

Myrtle wood is only found in Oregon and Israel so how could you not want to take a look at this! Very reasonably priced, nice selection, and extremely welcoming proprietor.

This is the place to explore and shop if you're looking for unique souveniers of the Oregon Coast. We've stopped every year we've gone to the coast for Toast Tongs, Carved Napkin Holder, Grimple Trays, Wood Pens and, of course, Wood Chimes. Great store !!

We learned about Myrtlewood from the woman working the counter who was very knowledgeable. We saw bowls, kitchen utensils, napkin holders....so many things and the myrtlewood is beautiful wood. If you go this way you really need to stop!
