Interesting place to stop and let the kids stretch their legs. Admission price a little high but maybe that's because they all are nowadays. There is a senior discount.

Our trip through the Prehistoric Gardens was both fun and educational. Showing a bit of wear due to the recent winter but it is a beautiful setting. So glad we stopped.

Is it kind of "cheesy?" Yes. Is it fairly simple? Yes, but it IS educational and safe. It is on a long-stretch part of the coastal highway. My wife went there as a young kid with her family and had fond memories; so we thought...More

Great, fun place to take younger kids too. But not too young, some of the exhibits may frighten them. Make sure to take a light weight jacket as it can get very cool in there.
