Lots of druggie's walking around. Wierdos sitting in cars. Dirty restrooms. Overall creepy place. No sufficient river frontage to walk along. Bird poop everywhere. Gross place to visit.

We love the location of this park, but some of the visitors are homeless and sometimes not save to be around due to mental illness or substance abuse.
