We arrived with one couple at the bar and one leaving so our party of four had plenty of space at the bar in a very interesting new building. This was an easy and welcoming place. Hutch the tasting room dog won our hearts from the beginning. Then the wines took over from there :) the retro Riesling is something... More

You may not hear much about this winery but this is a solid respected wine maker in Oregon with over 30 years experience. Rich Cushman has made wines for many other labels. The wines are very solid and reliable. This is a nice winery visible from I-84 and worth the stop. There is a small vineyard on site and they... More

In Oregon on vacation and we wanted to dry the wines that are from the area. This great little winery is conveniently located and the wines are great. $10 tasting fee that is waved with a two bottle purchase.

This was the first stop on our wine tasting tour of Hood River. We really enjoyed seeing the grape vines when we pulled up. We didn't see too many others on our trip so, even though there were no grapes on the vine anymore, it was nice. The tasting room looks as if it is brand new. The tasting included... More

What a beautiful place to visit!! The tasting room is new (I think just a year old) and purposefully built for the winery. Cathedral ceilings, wood and steel accents, private members room; all in a beautiful setting (although it is off the highway!) Their wines are wonderful, too! I would definitely stop by!

The winemaker greeted our group and was very helpful in explaining specific wines and answering questions from some rookie wine tasters. Just a short distance from the Interstate along the beautiful Columbia River Gorge, it is a great place to begin a day of exploring the Hood River area.

We had a great time tasting wine here. We sat outside because we brought our dog and he is not allowed inside. It was very windy, which is what viento means in spanish! The guy working there was knowledgeable and friendly, we enjoyed the wine and took home a bottle of Pinot Noir. I am glad to have visited this... More

We stopped in while on a day trip exploring the gorge and had a pleasant experience. The winery was right off the expressway in a beautiful building overlooking part of their vineyards and I thought the person at the counter said this was a relatively new location. The tasting fee was $10 per person which was a credit if you... More

Small to medium sized, artisan styled tasting room with pretty outdoor scenery and great wine. The dry rose was my favorite. The experience was very relaxing. The winemaker Rich Cushman was educated at UC Davis then apprenticed in Germany. He is the winemaker for other wineries as well and he is well skilled and gifted in his craft. The Riesling... More
