We went on this tour on a whim, and it was amazing. Our guide was fabulous and very knowledgeable. It was so fun to learn the history of this small town. Depending on whether you want your children to hear about prostitution, gambling and drinking, you may not want to bring young ones, but it was very fun and not... More

The docent did a great job telling us about the history of the underground. I liked the way it was staged to get a feel of how it might have been in its hay day. The donations of original items were a plus.

The tour was very interesting and our tour guide made history fun. She was knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Customer service was great. To make reservations, you have to call the office; no online capabilities. There are several sets of stairs throughout the 90 minute tour; probably not suitable for individuals with mobility issues.

Of course we never imagined there was such an elaborate system of connected basements and tunnels under this lovely old town and the tour was interesting. If you go, take a jacket; these areas are unheated. History lovers will eat this up but the mold becomes irritating at times and my husband got a biting headache from it. There are... More

Informative tour guide. Would be nice to go at your own pace as a 90 minute tour was a little too long for us. If you are interested in some of the quirky history of Pendleton you will enjoy it - fun to explore the network of tunnels under the town.

I always knew these places existed under some cities, but it was amazing to actually see it. A great way to see a different part of Pendletons history. The tour was very well done and informative. It lasted 90 minutes but it didn't seem that long.

Traveling from San Diego to see where a grandson was going to BlueMountain COLLEGE to play baseball, we were made aware of Pendleton's wide open halcyon days of yore !! Terrific tour led by terrific guides, beneath the streets and in the old bordello. When in town don't miss this tour and the price is very reason- able.

We were in Pendleton to visit family and decided to go on the tour. It was surprisingly quite good. Who knew that there is an entire network of tunnels under the city! Our tour guide was Cindy and I would highly recommend her! She was a wealth of information and was very friendly.
