Not only is this a grwat place to get your fresh vegetables it's a great place to have lunch and a beer! They run the corn, husk and all through a roaster, then pull the husk back and dip in a vat of melted butter! Yummy!! Their BBQ offers dogs, burgers, and brats that are just as yummy as the... More

The summer concert series out at Kruger's Farm is an awesome way to spend your summer evenings. They have food trucks, beer, wine and also allow you to picnic and bring in your own food. It's $15 a car load and we've gone twice so far this summer. It's beautiful out there and a total blast!

Pick your own berries and seasonal fruits or veggies. I like to go out in October for the pumpkin patch and corn maze. Just about everything sold here is grown or made on site, everything else is very locally sourced.

Wonderful al fresco dining - delicious, well-prepared food, relaxed atmosphere, good service and a friendly host. Definitely geared as an adult experience both in food selection and atmosphere. A long row of tables covered with table clothes and individual place settings in the shade of a 300 year old oak. Food is served to each table and passed family style.... More

Just outside Portland on the way to highway 101 and a great place to pick several varieties of berries. Nice produce farm with local produce, honey and other healthy goodies.

Who doesn't like to go out In the field and pick fresh strawberries off the vine? Kruger is the destination for families. You see young couples pulling children in a wagon to the field with the little bucket as they collect the juicy red ripe strawberries and after you pick as much as you like you go into the main... exploring the area, i came across this delightful farmers' market and nursery that also sells sustainable seafood. all vegies and fruits are sourced locally and there is a good variety. unpretentious and down to earth, i found the produce super fresh and prices very reasonable.

First time on Sauvie Island and Kruger's Farm is a must if you happen to make it on the Island. Only about 30 minutes from Portland, a beautiful drive and completely worth it. Great for families, couples and the little ones. Pick your own strawberries, choice from fresh produce and enjoy some good grillin! Will certainly be back, thanks guys

You would be remiss in not visiting Sauvie Island during your Summer or Fall trip to Portland if you have a car at your disposal. When I came here for the first time on a sunny Saturday years ago, I realized right then that I was experiencing something very special. I enjoyed local beer from a truck while sitting at... More
