This is my favorite bridge in Portland. I just love the color and the backdrop. Not a whole lot happening in St John's but if you get a chance to drive by on your way to German-town road, its worth a quick detour

Yes, the place under the east end of the St Johns Bridge really is called Cathedral Park. It has open space. It has summer concerts. It has a boat dock. And it's just plain cool to see and experience.
