I remember this acoustically favorable theater that also presented live entertainment as the Paramount Theatre with a famous marble statue of a nude girl with her hands thrown across her face pretending shyness. Such style.

Of the many larger venues in Portland, this is truly a great space. Not only is it beautiful structure, but very good accustics make it a treat for all types of musical events.

Came here for a concert,at Christmas time the place was awesome to look at and to listen to but the seats were unbearable for comfort I have very long legs and the seats are so close together, made for a very mirsiable time almost ruined the eve, keep that in mind before you dish out the big bucks for tickets,if your tall.

One of the top three venues i love about Portland. Classy and old school. The sound is always top notch and the staff very helpful. A must for any visitor coming to this fine city.

acoustics are best in lower balcony-mezzanine or front half of auditorium. Oregon Symphony and Symphony Pops are the best!

What more can I say? Best concert venue in Portland. Great sound. Beautiful theater. Front row mezzanine or dress circle seating is the best, but most seats in the theater are good.

Saw Seu Jorge perform on his Life Aquatic Sessions tour. The hall is magnificent. It is beautifully restored/maintained and gives you a sense of the grandeur of what it was like when it was THE place to go for entertainment.

Steep main floor and balconies keep you close to the stage no matter the seat. The last of the old iconic theaters on Portland's Broadway, its a great venue to catch a show. Consider dinner at the Heathman before or drinks after for a great night out.
