I have to admit I haven’t been to a lot of law enforcement museums but hubby is a retired LEO and I love history. Free admission (donations welcome) and spend about an hour reading and looking at everything. Really cool place!

Several display cases of such things as police uniforms, old style hats like the Keystone cops used to were, handcuffs, guns, and various other items related to Portland Police history. There are a few souvenir items for sale. Pint glassed with a badge on them, T-shirts, and a few other items.…

Admission is free, and the staff was friendly and helpful. You can see a variety of police uniforms, badges, and tools of the trade used throughout Portland's history, dating in to the 1800's. They also have a fascinating history of women police and detectives.…
