Visited here before we headed to the test roses garden. We loved this place more than the one in Washington Park because you can see all the roses from any angle you look at it plus a beautiful fountain and pagoda. Volunteers tend to these...More

Have passed this park many times but not on a regular basis until more recently. Finally saw the roses in bloom and it made me think of a smaller version of the rose garden in Washington Park. A beautiful spot!

Forget paying to see the Japanese Tea Gardens! All you need it to visit the Rose Gardens and that is enough! Absolutely stunning. There are times when weddings are there, but we lucked out and just had a nice, quiet, pleasant stroll in the immensely...More

The Rose Garden is amazingly beautiful. It is a place for great photos Weddings take place there as do other celebrations. The park has a small spray park for younger kids and a playground.

The roses are growing and the trees blooming. The fountain is relaxing and stimulating at the same time. Great place to eat a picnic, play with your dog or write in your journal. Soak in history and the beauty of nature. Worth the trip to...More

There is parking, and full park and the stunningly beautiful displays of arranged rose bushes and other plants and trees. Well worth a visit.

Soon there will be rhododendrons, but the lovely roses should be at their best in May, June, and July depending on how hot summer will be. I was there in Sept and there were still pretty roses, but I think June is best to... More
