I am a small time bank collector. I was absolutely overwhelmed by this collection. Old time toys, dolls and antique Mickey Mouse!

Definitely worth the visit. The location is a bit difficult to find and parking was a challenge but well worth it once inside. The collection of tin toys is great, although some of them may be considered racist by today's standards, they show a part...More

This museum is free but accepts donations. It claims to have the largest collection of mechanical banks. It can be tough to view some of the segregation apparent in some of the banks. Otherwise a wonderful collection that is made available to the public. Don't...More

Also a lot of non-toy railroad artifacts such as dinnerware and locks. Great collection of mechanical banks. A worthwhile representation of racist toys of the past;...More

This museum is a real hidden gem, a very nice couple own and run it and there are so many old toys crammed in you have to walk around several times to take it all in. I especially liked the huge collection of old money...More

This an excellent collection of toys as they were for past generations and the best display of mechanical banks we have seen. They also have the most elegant peddle car a kid of those days could imagine. Sure, some items are degrading to blacks, but...More

If you live in portland go see this. But you dont need to take your small children. Its Kidd's museum not a "Kid's" museum. And you need not worry, dear politically correct friend. Nothing is politically incorrect about the toys here since our current social...More
