Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We had 6 people work the Hyde room, and it was somewhat challenging, but clearly not hard. I think a great starter room. Some clever ideas, and decorated nicely.

Loved this facility! The room I did was very well themed and well puzzled with lots of different types of thinking required to solve each item. It is clear from the start that the game hosts want you to have a great time.

This was our first escape room experience. We chose the WWII one and it was a real challenge. There was only 3 of us, but with a few hints we solved it with about 20 seconds to go! Well worth the money for the hour experience.

My wife and attempted the "The Hyde" themed room and had a great time. The room's theme and decor was very immersive and there were some great twists and turns during the way. The staff were super nice and made us feel very welcomed. We're looking forward to trying another of their rooms in the near future.

This was our fourth room at Labyrinth, and although it was the first we failed to win, we had an absolute blast. Can't wait to return!

I've done two escape rooms at Laybrinth: Hyde and Mutiny. Both were well conceived and well executed, but perhaps best of all is that they were quite different! Absolutely had a blast both times!

With three family members, I returned to Labyrinth Escape to try a harder room. Once again, the customer service was friendly and helpful. We appreciated the in-room employee's willingness to walk us through our questions about the room when time was up. We will certainly be back again and highly recommend Labyrinth!

We have done a couple of rooms here and have absolutely loved them!! one question on Malice though is it super scary? Also, is it done as a group or individually?

Hello -- we were a team when we went and had our own group. However I am under the impression if you don't have a group they will pair you with other players. We did not do Malice but we talked to the facilitators and they said Malice was intense and scary but we watched another group
Come out alive :). They said it was scary in the way that a psychological thriller movie is scary - mentally stimulating ---- you better try it ! One other thing - the facilitators at this one were very very good - provided a fun atmosphere that made it easy to step into the roles -- I highly recommend it
