Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We had such a fun time, Our host was great with perfect timing on his clues, It was harder then I thought it would be but that was okay because we had some pretty smart peeps and Keith to help out. I am looking forward to the new Pirate one coming soon!!

Hosts were great, puzzles no too hard..... overall a very good time. One downside was the person in the room who was supposed to be in character. He clearly did not want to be there and read a comic book the entire time. When he did assist he was very condescending... brought the mood down rather than bringing it up. Other than that the room was fun and we all had a good time!

A good twist on the classic escape room; you're not trying to literally escape the room, you're trying to solve the same type of puzzles in order to reach a 'solution' to a problem. In our case, we had to find the cure for Dr Jekyll to rid him of Mr. Hyde.
Our group was composed of 3 couples; my wife and I, two friends of ours, and two strangers. There's an option to do these events as private so strangers can't join your game but that wasn't a concern of ours.
We had one hour to solve the puzzle; we did it with only two minutes to spare!

We had never done an escape room again, so I wasn't sure it would be a great fit for me and my five friends. Labyrinth proved me wrong and now my only hesitation about doing another escape room is I'm worried it won't be as fun as Labyrinth's was. We did the Conspiracy room and everything, from the staff to the atmosphere to the puzzles was 10/10. Can not recommend highly enough.

A Christmas gift for my adult sibs and spouses, no kids;-) we did the “conspiracy” theme amd had so much fun decoding and working together. It was very complex, yet had just enough “payoff”! We came out laughing and cheering! It was a blast!

Comparing Labrynth to other escape games I’ve been to, Labryth is the best. Truly great puzzle. We did the Jekyll & Hyde room. The clues flowed naturally, nothing felt forced. Very high class. Well done Labrynth! Well done!

Labyrinth is probably the best escape room place we’ve been to yet. Full of like minded individuals, the staff was beyond nice. We went during our honeymoon and they were super accommodating, so we ended up trying out all three rooms. The rooms are fun, challenging and have great premises to them. And the idea of having a live person in there and in character specific to the detailed environment is a great idea. That way it seems more realistic. You can completely immerse yourself in the fictional aspect of you let yourself. Altogether, one of the best points in our vacation. I can’t wait til their new rooms come along so we can try those out too!

The staff here are exceptional. We played Conspiracy and had a fantastic time. This was my second time with Keith (Sgt. Wells). He played a very different character, but was still very helpful and engaging when we approached out of confusion. Never giving us the answer but challenging us with his responses. Very unique experience in escape rooms!
Really great time! I will note that they are very VERY protective of their equipment. Both times I went we had someone who wouldn’t stop shaking a piece of equipment in the WW2 room and in this room another piece. And the host reminded this individual multiple times to stop before breaking character and telling her to stop breaking the rules and follow directions.
That being said the rest of us had a fantastic time and loved everything about the room. We cannot wait for Mutiny!

The room itself and the gaming experience were great overall and very appropriately challenging and fun! There was considerable time put into the ambiance of the room, the puzzles and decorations.
However, the experience was almost ruined by the very obnoxious “helper” in the Conspiracy room that was part of the gaming experience. His comments were very rude and unnecessary and it actually detracted quite a bit from the experience. At one point he literally called us idiots and asked if we could read and commented rudely whenever we asked any questions.

We have done a couple of rooms here and have absolutely loved them!! one question on Malice though is it super scary? Also, is it done as a group or individually?

Hello -- we were a team when we went and had our own group. However I am under the impression if you don't have a group they will pair you with other players. We did not do Malice but we talked to the facilitators and they said Malice was intense and scary but we watched another group
Come out alive :). They said it was scary in the way that a psychological thriller movie is scary - mentally stimulating ---- you better try it ! One other thing - the facilitators at this one were very very good - provided a fun atmosphere that made it easy to step into the roles -- I highly recommend it
