These are more of rapids than falls - but very impressive. You can drive and hike to the falls - but the hike is not for those that are mobility challenged. We rode bikes from Sun River - from the trailhead off circle 7. The...More

We took our kids (ages 12 to 17) by bike from the village. It was a pleasant ride and the views were great. Worth doing. May want bug spray. we ended up with quite a few mosquito bites.

The mosquitos were out of control! Do not go without bug spray. We did the short trail from the east parking area. Probably have about 30 bites now. The trail itself is nice and easy. 1 mile round trip.

We have been riding to Benham Falls ever since the '80s. The new trail made by Sunriver has made it so much easier. Don't miss this great ride.

nice to see. more of a stroll than a hike. Cooler temperatures here in the summer - a reprieve from the summer heat.

We do this every time we come to Sun River. It’s a great afternoon of easy riding (as long as you have a comfortable bike!) to some gorgeous falls. Hint: go early during peak seasons.

We were limited in time and were planning on visiting Dillon Falls. A local suggested instead that we drive a short distance past Dillon to Benham Falls. She mentioned that is wasn’t really a waterfall, but more of a tumbling stretch of water. What an...More

Our family of 11, including grandkids, made our way to the falls. It is an easy walk and absolutely beautiful. Took many pictures along the way and we would recommend this short walk for anyone.

Biked this trail after taking the Sun Lava Loop which was perfect since it's a straight downhill ride from the Lava Butte all the way to Benham Falls. Be aware that there generally is a lot of pedestrian traffic on the trail as it isn't...More

I would not recommend trying to visit the falls in the winter. The roads are not plowed for access to the falls. Years ago I tried and almost got stuck in the snow.
