Stopped at Colonel Rickets for a cider tasting, the owner was very friendly and explained the process and the way the different flavors come about. Very informative and the results are delicious.

We had a great time. We were so surprised of the complex taste of the cider. We are wine people and we are glad to say the cider is amazing. Who would have thought cider could be so complex. If you are looking for a great experience you have to try it. People there are very nice and knowledgeable about what they are making. Best part of our trip to Ricketts Glen and we will be going back there every year…
