Hubby and I decided to take a nice fall drive and we stumbled upon the Hauser Estate Winery. Upon entering the door we were greeted by the lovely Crystal who was super sweet, very informative, and happy to answer all of our crazy questions. We decided on a flight of ciders that were incredible! Love the breakfast cider, it had... More

My husband and I visited Hauser for the second time in our Gettysburg travels. We knew they closed at 5pm and the last tasting was at 4:30. We managed to get there at 4:20pm. We approached the counter and I asked if we could do a tasting. She the looked at her clock and said "you have 6 minutes." This... More

This was our first stop on our winery tour. We were able to taste 5 wines. The lady that helped was really good at helping us know what to taste for our preferences. She was a lot of fun too. Once we finished our tastings, we purchased glasses of wine and sat outside. It's has a perfect backdrop for pictures... More

Construction behind the bar and some Very Picky other customers made for a rocky start by a rattled server, but after chatting with her a little, it got much better. We tasted several wines and made a couple of purchases. She talked us into trying their cider-something we had said we did not like. She was so right and we... More

We were strolling around town after arriving in Gettysburg and wandered into Hauser Estate. So glad we did! We tasted all their wines and ciders--the wines are delicious, and the ciders are the best I've had. Brenda was our "guide" and was both delightful and knowledgeable. Hoping we'll get their ciders in Portland, OR, very soon!

Visited this Winery on a recent trip to Gettysburg. The View from The Tasting Room was breathtaking. We sampled 5 different types of wines, and settled on two bottles to enjoy on the Terrace. We could have stayed all day. The venue it's open for tasting and also accommodates weddings and group outings. A definite must for people traveling to... More

Stopped at the shop on the square as part of our food tour of Gettysburg--enjoyed tasting so many different wines! Learned a lot about what types of grapes, some history of the winery etc. Ciders were really delicious and so many choices outside of the standards everyone else sells. Take the time to stop by and do a tasting!
