We attended a special Save the Carlisle Theatre activity. This event was very well organized with a "meet and greet" with good snacks, a movie, and a question and answer period at the end. The new speaker system does need some adjustments. It could have...More

Nice older theater in town. Usually plays foreign films and limited times. In downtown with cute places to eat nearby. Not a Cineplex venue but nice for a change on a rainy day in Carlisle.

It's great to have a small town movie house showing independent films in the neighborhood. We go, though, mostly to see foreign films where we can read the subtitles because the acoustics are flat out bad. This summer we went to a live performance of...More

We attended the free Sousa Concert and thoroughly enjoyed it. Love old theaters and we definitely plan on going back for a future performance. The acoustics are excellent.
