The castle looks across the picturesque town of Werdenberg. Built as a late medieval castle with a donjon, a great hall, building additions and an outer ward, the castle represents together with the impressive Schlangenhaus a wonderful museum. Amongst history and culture, the castle positioned itself in arts with outstanding concerts, exhibitions and sightseeing tours.
