We stopped in so we could go up the tower and we were glad we did as the lighthouses were closed the day we went. The stair is nice but there is also an elevator as well. Inside was a wealth of information on the...More

Very interesting. Well spaced out & easy to read signs. Wish we had known about the outdoors tours before we got there. Some tried the restaurant & said it was very good.

This was not a long stop but a good way to get some history and ecological info on Lake Erie. Take in the video and the lookout is worth a visit as well.

Lots of good history and good info on Presque isle. We had soup on this rainy day in their cafe. They have an observation tower that had sweeping views of the area.
