Yes, this is a well/maintained small zoo; Hershey Entertainment and Resorts certainly understands how to keep customers happy. My issue is with the small size of some enclosures. Some of the animals seem too tightly confined and demonstrate repetitive behaviors that indicate anxiety or unhappiness. It would be worth it to expand the footprint of the zoo or eliminate some... We really enjoyed this outdoor indoor walk through zoo. There was alot of different animals and species to see! The walk way was close to the animals which made it easy to see them. The only part we didn't like was being charged full price for our 9year old. For a family of four being charged full price and one... More

Love ZooAmerica. We like to go when we are visiting Hershey Christmas Candy lane. It's always interesting. Very clean. Animals are well cared for. It's just the right size to give adults a little break from the chaos of the park. The kids have a good time looking for all the animals. I would definitely recommend this for all ages.

Nice indoor and outdoor exhinits. More like a wildlife sancuary than a zoo, which is nice. They have tried to place animals in natural habitants. Indiginous animals to North America, so don't look foyr African or Asan big game animals. Very enjyable. Staff was very friyendly.

My family and I really enjoyed seeing all the animals. There is an entrance from Hershey Park into Zoo America. The enclosures for the animals were very well maintained.

11-7-16 Went on a field trip with my grandson today and 11 other first graders. The weather was great for first graders to be outside running. The animals were active and graciously performed for the children. The bull elk bugled for the kids, prairie dogs performed their antics in and out of holes, the Bob Cats ran and pranced, black... ZooAmerica is a small but attractive and well-kept zoo. Limited selection of large animals but a nice variety of smaller species. It was easy to navigate the grounds and a good way to end a day of sight seeing.

Went to Hershey Park this past weekend with my 12yr old son for their Halloween event. Since ZooAmerica was part of the admission price for Hershey, we decided to take some time to check it out. They have mostly small animals, birds and reptiles. While not a a very big zoo as far as zoo's go, this one had some... More

Lovely walk through the shaded grounds, and a easy walking path through the zoo. It is also open in the off season when the park is closed for a separate admission fee,
