This hands down was the best experience I've had on holiday. Not only did I learn to cook healthy freshly farmed food but I was instructed by people that made me feel like family. Shilpa and her team (Clara, Serenella, Cristina, Mathilda, Manuela, Rosa) are very accommodating and even though we were with three other couples that we did not... More

What else can you ask for? Views of Tuscany are to die for. Learning about Italian cooking: amazing. Not only will your palate melt, but more importantly you will learn how to eat healthy. All you learn here you can do at home yourself. This 1-week experience is well worth while. The idea of eating food that was just taken... More

I cannot say enough positive things about Organic Tuscany. Shilpa has a knack of surrounding herself with the most amazing staff. I could truly not say who my favorite was. They were all so warm and inviting. I would actually like to do this again. Tuscany is beautiful and the setting could not be more fitting for this program. The... More

We stayed and cooked at Organic Tuscany halfway through our honeymoon. What a perfect place to spend an entire week. Great people, amazing food, excellent cooking classes and simply stunning landscape. In a bit more detail... the accommodation is great, very comfortable and a nice balance of modern and traditional. The cooking classes were fantastic. A really interesting mix of... More

My week with Organic Tuscany was the vacation of a lifetime! The rolling hills of Tuscany and the gorgeous villa where we stayed were awe-inspiring on their own. Learning the cooking and customs of Italy from the very attentive and personable staff, and sharing that experience with the other 9 guests, was more fun than I could have imagined. Not... More

My husband and I spent an amazing evening with Manuela and Silvio! Wow! Not only are they two of the most warm and welcoming people but do they ever know their stuff. My husband wasn't too sure about taking a cooking class but I had heard from friends that it was a must.... So I dragged him along... When the... More

We met the nicest people from the Organic Tuscany staff to the other guests. My husband does not get in the kitchen at home very much, but he is an enthusiastic gardener and he did just fine. The chefs were good at guiding our culinary triumphs and missteps with good humor. They clearly were enjoying themselves so we all had... More

My 22-year-old daughter and I attended a week's cooking school at Organic Tuscany in May 2012. I'm the cook of the two of us, but my daughter was game to learn. Shilpa and her "angels", as our group decided they should be called, could not have been more lovely. With four partial days of cooking (I would have loved even... More

Definitely try Organic Tuscany if you are looking for a beautiful setting surrounded by wonderful food, wine, and people. OT was recommended to me by a friend, and I can't say enough about how great it was. From every morning, when I went out the door of my room and was greeted by the Tuscan hills, to every evening when... More

My Mom and I were fortunate enough to book day trip from Florence for a lunch course with Manuela in September 2012. My Dad also joined us as a "non-cook" and loved the relaxation and lovely views from Manuela and Silvio's villa. We made crostini con fegatini (chicken liver sauce was to die for!), home made fettuccine and fresh tomato... More
