Little seems to have changed since I lived in the area for a short while in the 80's. Certainly not the prettiest or most comprehensive of shopping centres, a very small portion is undercover, whilst the upper level is almost deserted. A big empty store...More

We visited today for shopping. We normally park on the street, but all the disabled spaces were taken. Not all the vehicles were displaying a blue badge, however. So we drove up the ramp into the NCP Merseyway car park. We met a car park...More
