Having never tried virtual reality headset, we absolutely loved it! The guys were really helpful giving us instructions as to what to do and what to expect. I’d really recommend it for a surprise and something different to do

I took my son for his birthday, we had Yasmin in the room with us, she was so lovely and very patient with my son as he has additional needs. My son had a brilliant time and I would definitely recommend.

Visited during December and had a blast. Yas was absolutely brilliant and made us all feel really welcome. The equipment was top notch too. Will definitely be visiting again.

We took our Scouts to X-Gen and the staff were brilliant. The VR machines are awesome and even the leaders had a great time.

Amazing day out for all the family. We had a good laugh. things for all ages. Yaz (Yasmine) was amazing at explaining things and making sure everyone was ok ☺️ will be booking again soon

Great range of VR games, all in good order and clean. Kept teens fully occupied. Attentive pleasant staff. Nothing similar in local area.

We never fail to have an amazing time at X-Gen VR… If my son gets a great choice of things to do… this is his choice every time! Gareth and the team are so accommodating and attentive ensuring everyone moves to games of their choice quickly and easily…. Customer service is above and beyond! Can’t recommend highly enough and we always look forward to going back!

Great afternoon, spent an hour in a private room then half an hour in the arcade. Kids loved it (13 and 9) not bad value for what you get. Amelia was great and super helpful. Recommended
