Well informed tour guide, Barry, showed us around telling us about both the old and new equipment and processes involved in the brewing process. The sights, smells and sounds really give you a feel for the whole place and you can tell it is a working brewery. Beer sampling after the tour provides a chance to sample the ales you... More

Great tour by Barry who was Stockport born and bred and therefore knew all there was to know about Robbinsons he had a great sense of humour and answered my many (probably annoying) questions very well. Trying all the beer afterwards was great 6 different ones and Barry even took the time to talk to everyone in the bar after... More

Booked through Groupon afternoon tea. When Me & my partner turned up at the brewery they had no reservation of us coming. I Booked the afternoon of Tuesday 28th February because of staying in Manchester with relatives for a week. We presented the coupon and was told to wait one moment, this was only 2pm in the afternoon. Then someone... More

we were due to take the 11:30 tour but the guide. Was sick. The receptionist was truly professional and acted immediately to get us onto another tour or reimburse any monies paid out. A free lunch was on offer if you stayed for the next tour. We decided Tao go to another attraction and await a call to see if... More

1 star reviews because you only get 3 little 1/3's of a pint! It's still a pint, that would cost you £2.50/£3?! People need to get a grip! £9.90 to get into a great attraction, very interesting about the history of the brewery and the Robinson family. The tour guide was great, he was happy to answer any questions and... More

Hey Mat, Thank you for the support. We are glad you enjoyed yourself and enjoyed your pint on at the end of it (it's always good to get a nice refreshing cold one after walking around for a while) We are glad you enjoyed your pulled pork sandwich and we hope you will join us again for a couple of... We had a fantastic day here. The tour guide was very informative and we had a meal in the restaurant afterwards. We were able to exchange our tokens and take a bottle of beer away with us.

Our family of three adults came here for lunch. The food was very good, the beers were good (able to order in thirds of a pint) and the service was excellent. The surroundings are great - a hybrid of pub/restaurant/cafe. Importantly we were able to have a conversation and hear each other despite it being busy. Some ladies were having... More
