This is a great place makes all my favourite beer. Also I am happy they greet the rainbow coalition. Todmorden is famous for having highest density of lesbians in the UK. but gay/trans is also high in the demographic. This is a great brewery that welcomes all. the ethos of Todmorden. They have a wide selection of beers to please the soul. I have always felt welcome here. They fly the rainbow flag of inclusion. I have yety to meet a dissatisfied customer. Top rank

Having done the brewery tour twice now, I would definitely recommend it. Good way to start a Saturday and even better way to start a Saturday on the ale

Really happy with the brewery tour. Gary did particularly well at giving a decent background to the company's history in an interesting talk before the actual tour. Again during the tour Gary was informative, to the point and didn't waffle on and lose your attention. Goes in depth enough regarding types of barley and hops, old methods versus newer methods with their Coppers, but doesn't bore you with too much information. Great stuff!

Best brewery tour I've been on. Our tour guide Gary was exceptional, describing the brewing techniques peppered with history of the firm all delivered with a large helping of humour. An hour and a half well spent in this noble brewery and the obligatory tasting at the end. Also don't miss the chance, if you're lucky, to meet the two beautiful shire horses!

Four of us went on the tour yesterday as a belated birthday present for my husband. Was a great day out, the guide Gary had us hooked from the minute he started his spiel to the end, What he didn't know about brewing beer wasn't worth knowing! he delivered it in knowledgeable, humorous way and was obviously dedicated to the cause. Thoroughly recommended !!
