My first visit to this pub for a number of years and I'd almost forgotten how good it is. The beer is just about perfect with a good range of Robinson's. I tried the Trooper, Unicorn and Double Hop...absolutely spot on. The pub itself is full of character, wonderfully un-modernised.

First visit but will definitely be back again. The ten minute wait to be seated was well worth the wait with the polite and friendly staff keeping us updated on how long we would be waiting The fish and chips were amazing. The fish was covered in an amazing batter, light and fluffy. The chips were well cooked and not... More

This was my first visit to the Arden Arms and was a pleasant experience. From the minute we walked in we were made to feel welcome with a warm and friendly welcome. The staff went out of there way to accommodate us. The service was second to none and the food was good wholesome English cooking. An old establishment with... More

I love this this little pub. It's as though you have stepped back in time . Jo & Steve do a fantastic job & they have a regular clientele. You feel as though your somewhere Else when sat out in the beer garden.

As the title says lovely food great atmosphere. I've eaten in this establishment quite a few times and have never been disappointed. Summer is lovely your able to dine outside in a lovely well maintained large colourful yard, there is also a massive shelter with heaters.

It's a little place that does award winning food, literally served minutes after ordering, you even get to sit behind the bar if you're lucky. Gay friendly too. Salve landlord!

I've visited this venue on several occasions and the food is always lovely. The pub itself is small with lots of little niches - it would not lend itself to large gatherings (unless there is a room set aside which I've not as yet seen). There are lots of quaint little original details including tables with bells on for summoning... More

Had a lovely Sunday lunch hear followed by the chocolate fudge cake, sat outside in the fantastic beer garden. Grate place for meeting up with friends. The fish and chips was also fab.
