£2 entry fee (during school holidays) and £1 per bag of animal feed. A genuinely fantastic, cheap half a day out.

A small farm with a fair few farmyard animals that you can buy animal feed for. Cows, goats, alpacas, meekats, pigs, horses, sheep, guinea pigs, rabbits and a range of birds.

Fantastic cafe. Great staff and a good selection of food and drink. Plenty of benches around and a big stack of hay for kids to play on. Small play area with swings and slide.

For £10 for an adult, toddler and food for animals and humans, you can't go wrong.

Rats running around all over the place and then I was made to feel like absolute crap in the cafe. No signs to say it was for students only the only notification I received was a college tutor smirking at me and making me feel like some sort of alien rather than using his mouth and his words to tell me.

Hi, with regards to the rats, we are aware of them and do have a pest control company who come to site regularly. We can only apologise for your experience, unfortunately the public cannot access our canteen during the week in term time for safeguarding reasons due to it being used by our students. You are welcome to access the canteen at weekends and school holidays though. There are signs up but we are now reviewing them. We hope you will visit again and have a better experience next time :)

Lovely morning spent with my two young children.
I can’t believe it only costs £2 per person entry. It’s definitely worth it and the £1 for a bag of animal feed. My toddler loved feeding the animals.
We spent a couple of hours looking at the sheep, cows, pigs, rabbits, horses, llamas, donkeys and birds and in the playground.
Also had a reasonably priced ice cream in the cafe.

The students on site were chatty and happy to answer any questions.
We also loved the fairy house hunt.

We’ll definitely be back.

Really great place, worth the money I would have gave it a 5 star rating but when I was feeding the goats one bit my finger and I jumped back and fell over a innocent old lady, I apologised and she was fine but my finger was sore

You can get up close and for an extra charge for food bags feed the animals with a flat hand. Not down a chute or not at all.

Staff are friendly and we went on a Friday and students were also onsite.
They are also happy to chat to you and answer any questions whilst going about thejr duties.

Had a fairy hunt on which was a cute idea. It's a small site but has a cafe not sure what food they serve and coffee with a gift shop and an area outside with a swing and playframe (could do with some younger child apparatus to play on as they have the swing)
Everybody looks happy enough in their spaces.

Pleasantly surprised, noticed the farm last minute on a country walk, lots of animals all well kept, spacious, entry price is only £1 per person which is extremely good value, bags of feed for the animals only £1 each too and they're well filled
We went as 2 adults and spent an hour, big areas and park for children so could easily spend a few hours here with kids

Fantastic all round! A small farm with sheep, goats, cows, horses, pigs, birds, rabbits, meerkats and guinea pigs.

£1 entry fee per person is absolutely incredible value for money. Bags of feed available for £1 each. Picnic area and a small play area there also.

A great, clean cafe with sandwiches, pizzas, jacket potatoes, drinks, cakes and well maintained toilets.

Even the small gift shop was good value for money.

A very well run place. Glad to see it reopened after covid. Definitely worth a visit for £1. Just don't go expecting a massive farm. It's just the right size.

Stable paths for wheelchairs and prams.
