I went to Bridlington for a weekend away with my Mum. There’s plenty going on round the seafront amusements, plenty of bars and restaurants. The Windsor pub in the picture is a good friendly pub

Stayed locally for four days and had a walk around this place every day. Normal working fishing boats earning a living. Local businesses doing the same. Plenty of variety for food for the Gulls to attack you with apart from that enjoy but watch out...More

Bustling harbour with fishing boats, boat repairs, sea trips, many seaside shops and funfair. Talk of it being "improved" which would be a big mistake.

I am afraid that each time we visit this area seems more run down, the clientele are more tough and cleanliness leaves much to be desired. Feel sorry for some businesses here who are doing their best, some fish and chips look decent but eating...More

Yes you can. Lots of people do it off the harbour wall and off the jetty steps. You can buy lines, nets, buckets, and bait nearby
