The church is in beautiful condition. The history as told by the artwork is fabulous. Also fun, not just for the kids, finding all the mice carved into the wood throughout the church. Well worth a visit.

This priory church was once double it's current size as part of an Augustinian Monastery and it is still a very large and impressive building. There are some very good tableaux showing the history.

Large for a parish church, but then it was the church for the priory before dissolution. Well worth a visit.

A friendly team greet you at the door, and explain the history of the Priory, There's a chance to find the 18 wooden mice crafted by Thompson, the mouse man. The history is also displayed through hand crafted needlework, which is well worth a look.

Beautiful and uplifting. Loads of "guides" but we prefer to wander on our own and sit it a pew to contemplate. Not very accessible and there was loads of stuff in the aisles which I couldn't get past on my mobility scooter.
